A popular variety that has wide shoulders, thick root, and orange flesh with a red-orange core. One of the sweetest all-purpose carrots, great for soups, canning, juicing, or eating fresh. Roots grow to 6 inches long and are easy to grow resulting in a prolific harvest when grown in nutrient rich soil. Historic variety introduced in 1929.
