Heirloom variety that produces high yields of large, up to 1 lb., creamy white beefsteak tomatoes. Fruits are meaty and juicy with a sweet, fruity flavor and low in acid. Some people say the flavor has hints of pineapple and melon. The vigorous vines have heavy foliage that helps protect fruits from sunscald. This is an excellent fresh eating multi-purpose slicing tomato.
