Description
The Emerald Giant plants are vigorous and prolific, growing 26 – 30 inches tall and producing heavy yields of large, blocky fruits. The dark-green fruits mature to red, are thick-walled, sweet, juicy, and crisp. Plants grow upright and will bear over a long season making this a great variety for southern gardeners. Heirloom variety bred by the USDA and introduced in 1963.
