Description
Plants produce large yields of high quality, 4 – 6 inches long and 3 inches wide heart-shaped peppers that are mildly hot, only 1500 – 4500 Scoville Units. Peppers have a medium-thick flesh that are dark green, maturing to mahogany. Mostly used fresh for roasting, stuffing, and making sauces, but are also excellent for drying and making spice powders.
