Description
This variety has a long history as an Amish family heirloom tomato, first grown by the Amish in Pennsylvania. Plants produce good amounts of deep red, plum-shaped Roma type tomatoes known for its rich, unique sweet and tangy flavor. These meaty 8 oz. fruit are good in salads, though as the name suggests are great for processing into paste or sauce for canning.
