Plants produce good harvests of peppers averaging 6 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide maturing from green to red. Papri Plus is a perfect pepper for making your own paprika at home; just cut pepper in half, remove the seeds, and dry. Once dried, simply grind in a spice grinder and store in a jar in a cool, dry place. Papri Plus is also has a great flavor that is excellent for using fresh and has almost no heat.
